Enhancements to the marketing consultant shuffler:
Support for multiple From employees.
Business counts included in both From and To Employee lists.
Option for retaining locked marketing consultants.
Option for keeping related businesses together to the same consultant.
Filter to only shuffle consultants with no interactions within a specified timeframe.
